30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• Items marked as ” Final Sale\ are not eligible for returns.

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@streetkove.com with your order number.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
