Refund & Return Policy
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both buyers and sellers, the after-sales rules are formulated as follows:
- After receiving the goods, if the product has quality damage, missing parts or inconsistent with the confirmed style, you can apply for after-sales processing within 7 natural days after receipt.
- When applying for after-sales service, you need to provide clear photos and videos of product problems for official verification.
- Products applied for return and exchange must keep original packaging, unused and complete accessories, and will not be accepted if damaged artificially.
- Goods that have been normally delivered and confirmed by video before delivery do not support unreasonable return and exchange.
- All return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer unless the product itself has quality problems.
