Refund & Return Policy

In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both buyers and sellers, the after-sales rules are formulated as follows:

  1. After receiving the goods, if the product has quality damage, missing parts or inconsistent with the confirmed style, you can apply for after-sales processing within 7 natural days after receipt.
  2. When applying for after-sales service, you need to provide clear photos and videos of product problems for official verification.
  3. Products applied for return and exchange must keep original packaging, unused and complete accessories, and will not be accepted if damaged artificially.
  4. Goods that have been normally delivered and confirmed by video before delivery do not support unreasonable return and exchange.
  5. All return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer unless the product itself has quality problems.
  6. The final interpretation right of all after-sales policies belongs to StreetKove official.
